Beginning of the experience
The journey begins in the city of Puerto Montt, Los Lagos Region, navigating through the channels of the area on a ferry that will take us to the town of Hornopiren, considered the gateway to start our route towards the Carretera Austral.

Departure from the small town of Hornopiren, known as the northern gateway to the Carretera Austral, heading towards Chaiten. The journey combines maritime and land routes, passing through places like Leptepu, Fiordo Largo, Caleta Gonzalo, and finally, through our land route, reaching our accommodation. Here, we can visit the Chaiten Viewpoint, offering a panoramic view of the town with the impressive volcano of the same name in the background.

Departure from Chaiten to explore the Aysén region, with our final destination being the town of Puyuhuapi, known as a global landmark for tourism in the Aysén region, recognized for its village and church. Along the way, our first obligatory stop will be to marvel at the vastness of the Queulat Glacier, walking the trail that leads to see the hanging glacier located in the Queulat National Park in the Aysén region. During our journey, we will have a picnic lunch along the Southern Roads, and at the end of the day in this majestic place, we continue our journey along the Carretera Austral until finally reaching Puyuhuapi.

Departure from the town of Puyuhuapi heading south, covering approximately 250 kilometers until we reach the city of Coyhaique. Along the way, we will make a stop to enjoy a picnic, and during the journey, we will pass through the Queulat National Park. We will have the opportunity to catch a glimpse of a Hanging Bridge from one of the viewpoints along the road before finally reaching our destination and accommodation. It is worth noting that the truck we will be traveling in is equipped with all the necessary conditions to make stops as desired, provided that the road conditions allow.

The day begins with the departure from the town of Coyhaique, covering 220 kilometers southward to our next stop, Río Tranquilo. From there, we will visit the renowned and imposing landscape offered by the Marble Caves Nature Sanctuary. This consists of a group of islets named for their exterior shapes – Cathedral, Chapel, and Marble Caves. During the boat ride, we will be delighted by the turquoise color of the lake. After completing our journey, we return to Rio Tranquilo.

A new journey begins, leaving behind the Aysén region, moving from Río Tranquilo to Caleta Tortel, located in a remote area with adverse weather conditions, where there is no connectivity for about 300 kilometers. We start navigating through the Patagonian Channels, with a journey lasting approximately 42 to 46 hours, departing from Caleta Tortel in the Aysén region to arriving at Puerto Natales in the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic region. At this point, passengers leave the truck they have used on the Austral Highway to board a ferry that provides the appropriate amenities for such an extensive journey with semi-bed seating.

After the great journey through the southern channels, having the opportunity to enjoy unparalleled landscapes in a spectacular trip, we arrive in the city of Puerto Natales, where we will spend the night before embarking on a new adventure in the Eighth Wonder of the World.

Transfer from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine National Park to begin the trek to Base Torres. The duration of the hike is approximately 8 hours (round trip), and lunch will be provided as a box lunch along the way. At the end of the adventure, the transfer will be waiting to take you to Refugio Aóni-kenk, located in the Pueblito Serrano sector, offering an unparalleled view of the Paine Massif.

From Refugio Aonikenk, we head to Pudeto to catch the catamaran that will take us to Lodge Paine Grande. Along the way, we'll have a view of the Cuernos del Paine. We will start the trek to Valle del Francés (round trip), the main route included in the W Trek, where we will have the opportunity to see the French Glacier and, finally, the full beauty of Valle del Francés. During the trek, we will enjoy a box lunch, and after completing the hike, we take the boat back to the Pudeto area, where the transfer will be waiting to take us back to Refugio Aónikenk.

Departure from Refugio Aonikenk to Refugio Grey to take a boat trip that lasts approximately 3 hours on Lake Grey, returning to the starting point. We return to Refugio Aonikenk, where lunch will be served in a restaurant in Pueblito Serrano, and in the afternoon, passengers will have the opportunity to go horseback riding for approximately 2 hours in the Pueblito Serrano area with an unparalleled view of the Paine Massif.

Departure from Refugio Aónikenk to the town of El Calafate in Argentina. During the afternoon, the excursion will take place to the renowned and imposing Perito Moreno Glacier located within Los Glaciares National Park, where you can marvel at the frequent ice calvings. There, we will have a box lunch in front of the spectacular Perito Moreno, and at the end of our excursion, we return to the Argentine town of El Calafate.

Departure from the town of El Calafate heading towards Punta Arenas. On the way, we will make a stop in Chilean territory, in the city of Puerto Natales, to have lunch at a restaurant called "El Bote." Upon arrival in Punta Arenas, passengers will have free time to visit the most characteristic places in the area, such as the cemetery, one of the most beautiful in South America, the shepherd, the Cerro de la Cruz viewpoint with its panoramic view of the city, or explore the various museums mainly located in the city center.

Departure from the city of Punta Arenas to Tres Puentes, where we will cross the Strait of Magellan to visit one of the most inhospitable, pristine places, recently being explored, known as Tierra del Fuego. After a two-hour navigation, we arrive in the town of Porvenir, take a short city tour, and head to have lunch at the Anclamar restaurant, which offers a panoramic view of Porvenir. In the afternoon, we proceed to visit the King Penguin Park in Bahía Inútil and finally end our day in the Pampa Guanaco area at the Karukinka refuge.

Departure from Pampa Guanaco to travel for about two and a half hours to the sector of Caleta María. Upon arrival, we will board a zodiac boat to visit Bahía Jackson, where we can observe the Elephant Seal Colony that inhabits the area. Then, we head to Fiordo Parry where we will have the opportunity to marvel at the presence of four hanging glaciers located in the fjord. After these excursions, we return to Caleta María where we will have a picnic enjoying the landscape. At the end of our day, we leave for Lago Fagnano where you will stay at Yankovsky's camping site.

Departure from the cabins located on Lago Fagnano towards the town of Ushuaia in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. The journey lasts approximately 8 hours (depending on the border), and nature will be the main character accompanying us on this journey. We will have lunch along the way in the Tolhuin area, now in Argentine territory, and continue the journey until we reach our destination, Ushuaia.

We leave behind the Argentine town of Ushuaia to take the navigation that will bring us back to Chilean territory and lead us to the remote Navarino Island in the commune of Cabo de Hornos. We will arrive in the town of Puerto Williams, where passengers will have the afternoon at their leisure to visit the museum in the city.

Departure from Puerto Williams to navigate towards the Beagle Channel, known as "the end of the world channel," to visit the Holland and Italy Glaciers located on the so-called "Glacier Avenue" and take a walk of about one hour and thirty minutes on the Holland Glacier. At the end of the day, we head back to the town of Puerto Williams, where we will stay at Errante Ecolodge.

Departure from Errante Ecolodge to undertake a trek to the untamed place called "Los Dientes de Navarino." In this walk, we will enjoy an unparalleled landscape that offers the so-called "Southernmost Trek in the World," walking until we reach Cerro Bandera. Our obligatory stop will be Cerro Bandera, where there will be the possibility to continue trekking for those more adventurous, and those who wish to return can also do so. After completing the journey to the Dientes de Navarino, we head to the town of Puerto Williams, where we will stay at Errante Ecolodge and have dinner at a pizzeria with a tasting of Humus craft beer, created in the same area, at the end of the world.

We will return to our starting point through a flight that will take us from the town of Puerto Williams to the city of Punta Arenas. After arriving at our destination, there will be a farewell for our journey with the "Sabor Magallánico" barbecue. Passengers will enjoy tasting the typical Calafate Sour, savoring king crab in different preparations, having a typical barbecue with Magellanic lamb and boiled potatoes. The day is enlivened by regional folk music, and participants will have the opportunity to learn a typical dance such as the chamamé, ending the day with a tasting of the most well-known drink in the region, the bitter or sweet Magellanic Mate. At the end of the day, we return to the place of accommodation.
