Beginning of the experience
Departing from the city of Ushuaia, heading southwest, we will travel along National Route No. 3, towards Tierra del Fuego National Park. Those passengers who wish to board the End of the World Train as an optional activity can do so. The rest of the group will wait for them at the end of the tour.
We continue the journey for 2 more kilometers and enter the National Park, an area reserved for the protection of the Subantarctic Forest, native flora, and fauna.
Along the road surrounded by Lenga forests and peat bogs, we will reach Lake Acigami (formerly Roca), a glacial lake with a surface area of 5.50 square kilometers, framed by mountains and forests, where it is possible to spot specimens of native birds.
In Lapataia Bay, besides the coastal area rich in shellfish and mussels, we will find traces of the ancient indigenous people who inhabited the region. There, we will have time to walk along the boardwalk, take photographs, and enjoy the sensation of being at the end of the world.
From this point, the end of National Route No. 3, we will begin the return to the city of Ushuaia, concluding at the tourist pier. You will have approximately 1 hour of free time until the boarding begins.

We sail southwest, approaching the Isla de Los Lobos, where, from the boat, we can enjoy the view of sea lion specimens, observing their permanent habitat in a wonderful setting.
Continuing the navigation, we will head towards Isla de Los Pájaros, a habitat for Magellanic cormorants and Imperial cormorants and a privileged sector to spot specimens of marine birdlife.
We continue towards the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, in the archipelago of the same name, where the Monte Cervantes ship ran aground in 1930.
Points visited during the navigation:
- Isla de los Lobos
- Isla de los Pájaros
- Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse
The return to the hotel from the port is the responsibility of each passenger.
