The experience
We will meet at the pier where we will board the boat to cross the Last Hope Sound. This marks the beginning of this full-day Estancia La Península, admiring the Patagonian landscape from the water and learning about the region’s geography and history.
Once on solid ground, we will be welcomed by those who live permanently on the estate, and we will embark on a horseback ride through the area. It lasts for two hours and takes place within the estate’s premises, providing access to privileged landscapes that we can capture in photographs. Upon return, we will have lunch with spit-roasted lamb, accompanied by wine and homemade sauces.
Later, we will witness a demonstration of sheepdogs and a sheep shearing, as part of the explanation of the work within a traditional Patagonian estate. Finally, we will take a stroll to explore the other facilities and have some leisure time before taking the boat back to Puerto Natales.
